The console modification services and kits sold on this website DO NOT allow the use of pirated games or media. The console modification services and kits DO NOT break any copyright laws or infringe on any applicable rights. All modification services and kits sold on this website are to repair, enhance, and upgrade discontinued and legacy consoles to modern standards. These include but are not limited to switchless region mods, region bypass mods, BIOS upgrades, 60Hz video mods, RGB video mods, audio fidelity mods, capacitor replacement, adapter and peripheral detection, etc.
All console modification services and kits are sold for discontinued and legacy games consoles that are at least twenty years old. Region modifying discontinued and legacy games consoles so they can play imported games does not infringe on any import and export licenses held by games distributors who want to retain rights in their territories. Physical games for the systems listed on this website are no longer officially made or distributed.
Open-source and Licensed Software
All software written to Programmable Integrated Circuits (PIC) and used in the console modifications and kits sold here have the relevant licenses intact.

If you run a console modding service and buy mod kits from me, you may use the product images if you wish to showcase the product you use for install. However, this does not extend to photos of installs. Please use install photos of your own work in order to be fully transparent with your customers. This is mainly for your own benefit as using install photos of other’s work could be seen as misleading by your customers. If you wish to photograph my kits as part of your installs and use them in your promotional material, please feel free to do so.

Information that is gathered from visiting this website
In common with other websites, log files are stored on the web server which records details such as the visitor’s IP address, browser type, referring page and time of visit. This information is never accessed or used.
Information that is gathered from registering with the website and placing orders
Where registration is required, the visitor’s Name (First and Last), Email, Postal Address, and Phone Number (if provided) will be stored in a server database.
How the information is used
Name (First and Last), Email, and Postal Address are required for order processing. Name (First and Last), and Postal Address will be visible on your outgoing order package. Email and Phone Number (if provided and required by the courier for long distance deliveries) will be used by the courier for tracking updates.
Under no circumstances will this information ever be used for anything other than order processing and order delivery. This information is never disclosed to third parties.
Information management
Information on the server database can be removed by logging in and deleting your user account.
Some information about you will be retained in a local password protected spreadsheet as part of an order processing list and historical order record. This includes Username, Name (First and Last), Email, and Postal Address. Email communications will be saved in an email client and on the server in their original form.
Your information is also stored in a monthly website server backup and email client backup.
If you wish any of this information to be deleted, please use the contact form to request this. I take your right to be forgotten very seriously and if you so wish, all identifiable information about you will be deleted*.
No bank details will ever be saved on the server database or in a local spreadsheet.
*Information on website server backup and email client backup will be deleted once a period of one month is over and a new updated backup is created with your information ommited.
